Class Descriptions

HATHA YOGA (SHADOW-STYLE)

These mixed-level hatha yoga classes offer those with some experience a chance to deepen their practice. Beginners are also welcome. The work will gradually strengthen the musculoskeletal system and promote flexibility, in preparation for the Prelude Forms of Shadow yoga.

GENTLE YOGA for BEGINNERS

Very gentle classes gradually improve strength, coordination and flexibility. Simple movements coordinated with the breath promote concentration. Excellent for those just starting yoga, those needing a gentle pace, and those with limited mobility.
